Requirements:
· Must be 18 years old or older
· High School degree minimum
· Construction background a plus
· A valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift 75 lbs., walk/work on uneven surfaces, work outside in various weather conditions and from heights.
· Must be willing to wear attire appropriate with safety regulations. Work boots necessary as per ANSI Z-41. Hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses are provided.
· Must be authorized to work in the US.
Qualifications:
· General computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
· Ability to keep detailed field notes and record data.
· Ability to learn how to read plans and specifications.
· Must be a team player and work well with others.
· Must have good organization skills, the ability to focus on details, and the ability to follow directions, both written and oral.
· Must be punctual and reliable.
· Must have a desire to learn.
· Good communication (listening, speaking, writing) skills.
· Clean record with CORI and other background checks; must be able to pass random drug tests.
· Occasional weekend availability if necessary.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
